Produced in our BRC A grade facility, our date paste is subject to rigorous quality control measures, utilizing advanced technology for the removal of pits and fragments, thus ensuring a product of the highest purity.
We guarantee exceptional quality, with a minimum shelf life of 11 months for all our organic and conventional date paste products on delivery, affirming our dedication to delivering excellence. Our Deglet Nour date paste, sourced from North Africa, is prized for its exceptional quality, aligning more with retail standards due to its premium flavour profile, rather than being categorized as an industrial product. This paste, finely minced to a 3mm consistency, is offered in both organic and conventional types. The meticulous mincing process not only preserves a portion of its natural fiber but also makes it an excellent binder for bars or a rich filling, maintaining its distinct position as a retail-grade ingredient.
